150-200 g boiled buckwheat
1. Lightly simmer all vegetables except zucchini.
2. After 5-7 minutes, add buckwheat and continue stirring.
3. Cut zucchini into cubes and spread in the baking dish.
4. Spread the rest of the simmered vegetables on top.
5. Add a layer of cheese.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180-200 C.
