600 g chicken liver
250 c tomatoes in juice
50 c cilantro
100-150 g onion
Salt to taste
1. Finely chop the onions and stew in broth for 20-25 minutes.
2. Add chicken cut into large pieces and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
3. Mash tomatoes with a fork and add rest of the ingredients to it. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
This is a very different recipe that I tried when my mom asked me to. She always wanted me to try liver with a vegetable of my choice. So I thought maybe we could use tomatoes because I love tomatoes! They are soft and yummy! I even like drinking tomato juice because it is healthy and sweet.
