Shortbread Cookies “Vampire Fingers”

* 150 g of butter
* 150 g of sugar
* 2 eggs
* 350 g of flour
* Almonds
* 50 grams of jam or jam red (if desired)
* 1/3 tsp. salt

Softened butter, beat with sugar, 1 egg and one more protein, add salt and flour, mix soft, not sticky dough. We remove for half an hour in the fridge, after which we take out, divide into small pieces of the same size, from which we form sausages. We give the “sausages” the shape of the finger, the back side of the knife is the phalanx. We lay out on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Purified halves of almonds are dipped in the remaining yolk, drowned at the end of the “finger”, imitating the nail.
Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Cold cookies can be lightly poured with jam or jam – the blood stains on the vampire’s fingers look very, very picturesque.
