Mishka Cake

Ingredients:
• 4 yolks
• 4 protein
• 180 gr of butter
• 2.5 teaspoons of sugar
• 20 g vanilla
• 1 teaspoon of soda
• 250 gr of sour cream
• 900 gr of flour
• 150 gr walnuts
• 150 g raisins
Recipe

1. Beat 4 egg yolks, butter, 1 tbs sugar, vanilla in (about 10 min) with a mixer.
2. Add flour and knead the dough until smooth.
3. Separately whip 4 protein (10-12 min), gradually mix 1.5 teaspoon of sugar and whisk another 5 min.
4. Grind, add and mix Nuts & raisins to mix.
5. Divide the dough into three parts: 2 large (slightly more baking dish), 1 slightly smaller.
6. Roll out most of the dough and spread butter.
7. Next – sprinkle nuts on half of the meringue.
8. Top with a small rolled out piece of dough.
9. Spread the remaining meringue and cover with a large part of the rolled dough. Align the edges.
10. Put in a preheated oven at 180’ for 20-25 minutes

Cooking Time: 50 minutes
