50g spice mix
Masala 50 c
400 ml of milk
50 g sugar
Honey 1-2 tablespoons
100 ml of water
1. Mix all ingredients and add milk and water.
2. Boil for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
3. Remove from heat and strain through sieve.
4. Add sugar and honey and mix well.
This tea is easy and quick to make! It is a refreshing drink that I like to have with mom in the evening. We often pair this tea with other snacks such as biscuits and chicken brochettes.
