Langfang Salad

Ingredients:
300 g chicken fillet
80 g of breadcrumbs
20 g honey
30 ml soy sauce
200 g lemon
200 g 0.5 cucumbers
100 g cherry tomatoes
1 egg
1 tsp. sesame seeds

Method:
1. Whisk an egg in a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, add croutons. Take the piece of chicken, dip first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs and repeat the process 1-2 times.
3. Place on the baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes at 299 C until golden brown.
4. Cut the cucumbers into slices. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey and lemon juice. Cover the chicken pieces with this mixture. Sprinkle on top the vegetables cut into pieces. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.

Langfang salad is a different salad made with an egg. I like making it because it tastes crunchy and yummy. The best thing about this salad is how it can be eaten before or after lunch. It is light, yummy and keeps you active!
