Indian Biryani

Ingredients:
Red bell pepper 190-270 c
Almond 30 c
Turmeric powder 2 c
Cinnamon sticks 4 c
Coriander 1 c
Raisins 25 c
Cashew 20 c
Butter 6 pcs
Cilantro fresh 10 c
Ginger 15 grams
Chili red mini 1 piece
Cardamom powder 1 g
Onion 50 g
Garlic 1 clove
Dried apricots 40 grams
Jasmine rice 200 grams

Method:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion, garlic and ginger and all other dried fruits.
2. On medium heat, melt butter, add sunflower oil and fry nuts for 1 minute.
3. Add all dried fruits and mix.
4. Boil rice for 8 minutes on low flame.
5. Add the coriander, turmeric, garlic; stir and allow to sit under lid for 10 minutes.

I had a wonderful time making biryani! I always used to hear about how delicious it is. Everyone loves making and eating it. The Indian biryani, which is spicy and has so many aromas, is the best! I loved making it. Although too many ingredients were used, all ingredients had their own taste.
