Italian cream cheese 250 gr
Sugar 6 tbsp
Cream 250 g
Vanilla, berry/fruit/syrup/muesli – to taste
1. Mix all ingredients except cream in a bowl and mix until the mass becomes homogenous.
2. Whip cream until thick in another bowl.
3. Mix both mixtures thoroughly.
4. Lay in cups and fill with vanilla/berry or whatever cream you like and garnish.
I made classic parfait a few days ago. I love cheese and sugar together! The cream cheese made everything fluff and yummy! I wanted to make it in the morning today too but mom said I eat too much sugar already. But what is too much sugar? I never imagined!
