Oatmeal – 3 cups
Eggs 3 pc
Sugar – 1.5 cups
Hazelnut – 200g
Butter 150 g
Flour 4 tbsp
Vanillin 1.5 tsp
Cream: 4 protein & 500g caster sugar
Finely chopped hazelnuts. Flakes dry in the oven.
Mix. Add flour, vanilla.
Beat with a mixer, cream butter and sugar. Pour the eggs, add the flour mixture. Knead the dough.
Roll thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut molds of different sizes.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ‘.
Beat protein with powdered sugar. Spread layers – ascending form, lubricated every form of cream.
