Turkey fillets (slices) 300 g
Green beans 50 g
Frozen pineapples 50 g
Jasmine rice 150 g
Sweet chili sauce 30 g
Soy sauce 30 ml
Sweet pepper 1 pc
Red onions 1 pc
Parsley 1-2 Vet
Tomatoes 1 pc
Add water to the pot
Pour the rice into boiling pot (in a ratio of 3: 1)
Cook over medium heat & stir for 7-8 min until half cooked
Pour the rice in a colander & rinse with a stream of warm water to wash off any excess stickiness
Cut the onions into half rings
Cut pepper into strips
Cut the tomatoes into slices
Finely chop the parsley
Preheat a frying pan with a drop of vegetable oil
Fry the Turkey on high heat & stir for 7-8 min until it turns brown
Add onions, pepper, tomatoes, beans & pineapple
Roast on medium heat & stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add the rice, pour 100 ml of water & stir for 4-5 min until the rice is ready.
At the end, pour in soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce.
Add half the parsley & stir.
Sprinkle the remaining parsley before serving.
