Buffalo mozzarella 1 kg
Sugar 1-2 tbsp.
Flour 4-5 tbsp.
1. Strain the cheese and make it fine.
2. Make sure the cheese forms a porridge-like structure.
3. Drain water from cheese.
4. Blend this cheese, eggs and sugar together.
5. Keep adding flour slowly.
6. Grease a frying pan with butter.
7. Spread the mixture prepared with a tablespoon.
8. Make pancake like structure and fry until golden brown from both sides.
9. Serve with jam or sour cream.
